Nest Necessity prides itself on offering high-quality products for your home. We do not provide refunds, but we support exchanges under specific conditions.
15-Minute Inspection Period
Upon delivery, customers are granted a 15-minute window to inspect the delivered item(s). This period allows you to check the product for any issues or discrepancies.
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges can only be made during the 15-minute inspection period after delivery.
- Items are only eligible for exchange if they are in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item or an item of equal or higher value.
- If an item of higher value is chosen for exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of exchange.
Process for Exchange
- Inform the delivery personnel during the inspection period if you wish to proceed with an exchange.
- Fill out any necessary exchange documentation provided by the delivery personnel.
- The exchange will be processed, and the new item will be delivered as per our delivery schedules.
Ineligible Items for Exchange
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Items which have been damaged after delivery.
- Products that are not in their original packaging.
Additional Information
- Nest Necessity reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is adequately inspected upon delivery as Nest Necessity will not entertain any exchanges after the 15-minute window has elapsed.
